We are pleased to confirm that contracts have exchanged for the sale of land at Dodford Wharf Farm, Weedon Bec, Northamptonshire to Watermeadow Homes Ltd, a specialist PRS business providing much needed family homes for the rental market.
As is often the case, Rosconn were chosen as the landowner’s promotion partner in part due to our experience engaging with local communities and key local stakeholders. We worked closely with the Parish council throughout the process, with the Parish strongly supporting our application at Planning Committee ahead of Outline Planning Permission ultimately being granted by Daventry District Council on 19th December 2019 for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide 47 new homes.
It is reassuring to see that transactions are still taking place during these uncertain times.
