James is a highly experienced residential development surveyor responsible for sourcing and securing strategic development sites under promotion and option agreements, and freehold acquisitions. James joins Rosconn from a leading regional property investment company and has a proven track record securing and managing a diverse portfolio of development sites.
Supporting his career in property investment, James qualified as a land agent and this foundation in all matters land related provided a natural transition into the planning and development sector, in which he has successfully operated in for over 17 years
James brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team and will be driving the growth of the land promotion portfolio through new opportunities across the region and throughout Southern England.
