Rosconn is delighted to have secured full planning permission for 18 new homes at Land South of Harborough Road, Stoke Albany on behalf of the landowners. The site has now been sold to Grace Homes, a well-respected locally based builder.
Rosconn promoted the site from an early stage in the Local Plan process, securing its final allocation within the Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan. Rosconn has worked to carefully create a high quality scheme which responded to the site constraints and feedback from various stakeholders. As a result the newly formed North Northamptonshire (Kettering Area) Planning Committee unanimously resolved to approve the application.
The approved proposals will deliver a high quality scheme of 18 new homes and a substantial area of open space and green infrastructure to include woodland planting. In addition to providing 7 affordable homes, the scheme will provide a mixture of smaller starter homes, larger family homes and bungalows for individuals looking to downsize.
