Rosconn Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Hatcher as Planning Director.
Having previously worked for 12 years at leading Planning and Design consultancy Barton Willmore in its Solihull office, Daniel brings with him a wealth of knowledge, particularly across the residential sector. Daniel successfully led teams on multiple projects promoting and securing permission for housing and mixed use schemes across the Midlands and elsewhere in England, providing an invaluable insight in how to identify areas for future housing growth.
Commenting on his appointment Daniel said “After working for many years in the world of planning consultancy, I’m looking forward to the challenge of helping Rosconn expand its strategic portfolio and geographical reach, building on its well-earned local reputation of delivering high quality, sustainable developments.
