Rosconn Strategic Land are delighted that Rutland County Council Planning Committee have resolved to approve planning permission for our development proposals at Oakham.
The development at Braunston Road will provide 62 new homes which will include 19 affordable properties to meet the housing need of the area. The proposals have been carefully designed to deliver a high quality development that will provide significant areas of public open space including landscaping enhancements such as native woodland planting, green spaces and wildflower grassland.
In addition, through the provision of the Community Infrastructure Levy the proposals are expected to generate over half a million pounds to fund local infrastructure in the area.
