We are delighted to announce that outline planning permission has been granted for the construction of up to 25 dwelling at Southam Road, Radford Semele.
Members of Warwick’s planning committee voted in favour of permission being granted subject to the signing of an S106 agreement in April 2016. This agreement has now been completed and the permission issued.
