Following on from a four day public inquiry in December 2015 Rosconn’s appeal against Charnwood Borough Council’s decision to refuse planning permission has been allowed.
Outline planning permission has now been granted for the construction of up to 77 dwellings.
The scheme is a notable success for Rosconn Group as the inquiry took place just weeks after the adoption of Charnwood’s new local plan
