This 20.8 acre greenfield site is located on the edge of Bidford on Avon, a village within Stratford-on-Avon District.
The site is currently being promoted for housing through Stratford-on-Avon District Council’s Strategic Allocations Plan, which has identified the front parcel of the site as a ‘Reserve Site’ within the Proposed Submission draft version of the Plan published in July 2019. The site is capable of delivering approximately 60 dwellings in total.
