Rosconn Strategic Land are pleased to announce that our planning application for up to 36 dwellings at Swepstone Road, Heather has been allowed at appeal by the Planning Inspectorate. The appeal was heard at planning inquiry during May 2017, where Rosconn’s team of expert witnesses gave evidence advocating the schemes credentials.
